[Salarians are far from uncommon on Omega. This one, however, is a new face around these parts. The only clue to his current location thus far is the dingy looking wall behind him. Could be anywhere, the walls all look like shit.
Considering the slight hint of irritation in his voice, it's very likely that this salarian is so far not enjoying his stay here.]
Judging by what I've heard, it would seem that I'm not the only one who has no idea why they've arrived on this station. I also seem to have lost track of a small group of salarians. The locals so far have been less than helpful. If anyone has more information regarding either situation, I'd certainly like to hear it.
[he pauses for a moment and takes a quick glance around. Satisfied with whatever he finds (that being nothing), he turns his attention back to his omni-tool]
My name is Kirrahe. Regretfully, for the time being the only thing I have to offer in exchange for information is my gratitude.
[after a quick nod, he cuts the feed.]
[[ooc: in reality he hasn't even wormed his way out of the docking bay yet. Action tags are welcome to anyone who feels like stumbling across a salarian /o/]]

Re: [Action!]
Assuming you're asking about my species, I'm a salarian. I take it you're not familiar with non-humans?
[Action!]
[Balverines didn't count as they were once fully human. To her knowledge, anyway.]
[Action!]
That's unusual. Where are you from?
[Maybe some backwater community on Earth? Wasn't impossible.]
[Action!]
Re: [Action!]
[Oookay WELL, that certainly wasn't the answer Kirrahe had been expecting. He was no scientist, but he'd worked with enough to hear a few theories about alternate dimensions and the like. Could be possible.
Or she could be a raving lunatic, but he'd give her the benefit of the doubt if nothing else.]
Can't say I've ever encountered anyone from an alternate dimension before. So how did you get here?
[Action!]
[She lowered her head, keeping her remorse under as tight control as she could. She'd had a week on that bloody space ship to come to terms with her failure. She had to move on.]
The item I was using to transport myself I must have misused on accident. I don't know much about it other than how I was told to use it to move quickly around my country and to and from a quasi-dimensional room that allowed me access to parallel dimensions if I chose to pursue that course of action. I attempted to return to that room and found myself on the boat we recently left. Without the item.
Re: [Action!]
Well no, it pretty much was.
Either way, being stranded sucked. Being stranded on Omega sucked even more. Being stranded in another dimension likely topped it.]
I see. Admittedly, it doesn't make a lot of sense to me, but perhaps it's best to focus on where to go from here.
[Action!]
[Action!]
As for personal information, my name is Kirrahe. I've had military training, but I'm afraid additional information is classified. At least in a public setting.
[He's not trying to be unfriendly really, it's just best to watch your ass around here]
[Action!]
[Introducing herself as just 'the Princess' wouldn't actually help in a dimension with planets that likely had their own princes and princesses.]
What is 'aranddee', if I may know?
Re: [Action!]
Kirrahe nods]
A pleasure.
Right. R&D is short for research and development. Scientists and engineers devote their time to researching and inventing, a good deal of our technology is cutting edge.
[Action!]
[She gestured to the area around them, indicating the station at large.]
Re: [Action!]
It's possible. I don't know much about this place on a structural level. It's a mined out asteroid, people just built on top of what was already here.
[Action!]
[Granted it didn't look too much like a mine, but she didn't like idea of living like a hobbe.]
Re: [Action!]
[Action!]
I assume they're the bad kind of mercenaries, then. Has anyone tried to stop them, do you know?
Re: [Action!]
[Action!]
Alright. Do you know where we should be going from here? What we should be doing? I'm afraid I'm at a loss as to how to find that out in general.
[She didn't have an interactive map that told her where quests could be found anymore. As far as she knew, at least.]
Re: [Action!]
[Action!]
[She gave a false cheer, throwing her right arm up in an overly-cheerful fist pump.]
Might I be allowed to call on you in the future should I have more questions?
[Action!]
[Action!]
Re: [Action!]
I'll keep my channel open. Be careful out there, this place isn't known for it's hospitality, I'm sure.
