[The face that appears on the feed from the omni-tool is certainly alien, and distinctly female to those who actually know her race. But she certainly doesn’t look impressed in the slightest, of anything she looks mildly bored with the entire scenario.]

So, I’m not sure if everyone has lost their minds since I was last to Omega, but I’ve had about six humans ask me what I was. Now I know that all of you have only been acquainted with turians for thirty years, but if you’re going to be part of the galaxy you should figure out what a turian is, there’s only twenty billion of us in the galaxy.

So if anyone else has stupid questions to ask me, I’ll be in Afterlife having a drink and trying to enjoy the dancers.

[She’ll pause for a moment and think, before addressing the recording again.]

Also, can someone kindly explain why I’m on Omega when I should be on Illium? Never wanted to be on this rubble heap again, and it only looks like it’s become more degraded since my last charming visit.

Now and then, just to see who's new that's hit the station. Been a while since I've been on Omega though.

That's what we have going on here. Or, at least, in one part of Omega. What specifics do you need?

Why I'm seemingly eight months on the future and not on Illium, mostly. Last I remember I was fixing the circuitry on the guns before a relay jump, then I was in this shit hole.

Also, I'd like to know why this place is mostly piles of rubble and scorch marks. I didn't hear of any conflicts happening here.

Okay, first off, do you at least know about the Reapers invading?

No, but I do remember that human, Shepard, warning the council about it after that supposed 'geth' attack on the Citadel. I didn't believe it was geth, they have no reason to attack anyone other than the quarians.

So, what, we have Reapers invading now? My day just keeps getting better.

Yeah.

And, to no big surprise, nobody listened to her.

She is a human, you can't ignore how the rest of the galaxy feels about them. It's no surprise that they didn't listen and tried to cover it up.

I don't think it has anything to do with her being human so much as the entire galaxy being in denial.

Or we could scrap the middle man and say the council are idiots and afraid of thinking on their own.

We could definitely say that, yeah.

And now the galaxy is paying for it.

So, Reapers are invading, and we have no idea why we're all on Omega. Great.

[She's almost afraid to hear what he has to say. As much as she doesn't like the Hierarchy, the threat of something like the fabled Reapers would just make the turians a nice target to obliterate strategically.]
