I think enough time for it all to sink in has passed that hopefully someone who knows this system can explain what exactly is going on for those of us from different universes and thus have never heard of Thessia or Reapers. Might help keep any misunderstandings due to such down if tensions keep building over this.


Especially as some of us are doubly handicapped in regards to being told anything by locals.

But what is more damning to ones sense of safety? Someone making a huge production of ambushing someone to 'make an example of them' or never fully knowing just what has happened or who is to blame?

An injustice even a perceived one used by someone with enough charisma can turn even the most docile flock of followers into a problem. A lot of rebellions start that way.

[That's a really sore point for her as well to admit considering her history. But the pause is barely noticeable if you don't know what you are looking for in that regards.]

But if it is a personal grudge then no one has any leads, while if it's not most will see it as such this way and have a harder time making us band together to retaliate.

I didn't say there was one already, but with how things are going, and if more people get brought here. Something is going to give in terms of tempers and fear.

Wars have started for far less then a few people going missing.

Which is why finding out the truth now is a good idea so we know if it is someone trying to spark something or something else to worry about.
