So, I’m not sure if everyone has lost their minds since I was last to Omega, but I’ve had about six humans ask me what I was. Now I know that all of you have only been acquainted with turians for thirty years, but if you’re going to be part of the galaxy you should figure out what a turian is, there’s only twenty billion of us in the galaxy.

So if anyone else has stupid questions to ask me, I’ll be in Afterlife having a drink and trying to enjoy the dancers.

Also, can someone kindly explain why I’m on Omega when I should be on Illium? Never wanted to be on this rubble heap again, and it only looks like it’s become more degraded since my last charming visit.

I would need a little time to become acquainted with the systems native to the Station, but I can work with electronics.

[Taking down that information from him, she made sure to save it before looking up at him.]

I'm sure if you're a robotic organism that it won't be too hard to look at the technology here and figure it out. This place is in need of repair so if you know anything about computers and fixing them, you'll get paid pretty nicely. Not as nicely as if you're an assassin but not all of us like murdering people.

How familiar are you with electronics and machinery?

I build computers and design systems. That was my job back in the Hierarchy, now I do what I need to. Fake IDs, hacking programs, sometimes built custom computer systems, mostly I just pull information for people who want records removed or copied.

Sometimes I repair damaged systems but that's rare. I'd rather work with code.

[Under more normal circumstances, he probably would have been more than a little displeased at that track record. But Omega wasn't a place for getting fussy with people who were willing to help you.]

Do you know anyone who might be familiar with setting up and repairing hardware?

[May as well ask. She seems like one who'd know.]

I have a few contacts, but I'll need to see if they're still on the station or not. But if it's basic soldering and wire repair then I can do that. Fancier things I can find someone reliable.

Your contacts would be appreciated, Pax. The work would require familiarity with nanotechnology, among other things. The machinery wouldn't be native to this system either.

Sounds like a challenge. I'm familiar with nanotechnology but I'll see if there's anyone I know wanting to take the job, of course I might need to actually find out what you need work on to point you in the right direction. Otherwise it'll just be a fruitless headache.
