I seem to have lost track of Professor Solus. If anyone has information concerning his whereabouts, I would greatly appreciate an update. My thanks in advance.
[It's not like Mordin to just not be at the clinic, especially for an extended period of time. Kirrahe keeps his message short and to the point, but this has him pretty concerned.
((Open to action. Anyone kicking around the clinic can run into captain space frog, he's commandeered one of the receptionist's computers.))]

action; BACKDATED A LOT
But once she spots Kirrahe behind a computer she drops a stack of papers nearby his elbow, loudly. If anybody knew what was going on with him, it was Kirrahe.]
Where the hell is Professor Solus?!
Re: action; BACKDATED A LOT
That's what I've been trying to determine. Vanishing like this isn't like him, it has me concerned.
Re: action; BACKDATED A LOT
You can't find him either?
Re: action; BACKDATED A LOT
I haven't seen him, he hasn't answered my messages. That generally only means one of a few things.
Re: action; BACKDATED A LOT
1. Adbucted
2. Killed
3. Or...]
You know, I bet he went back where he came from. Before we all winded up here on this craphole. [Here is a flash of a small smile.]
Professor Solus isn't a weak guy, he wouldn't go down without a fight.
Re: action; BACKDATED A LOT
[Pissy salarian is PISSY. He knew Mordin wasn't weak, but he wasn't invincible. There were plenty of things here that could easily snap a salarian in two.
Anyway. He paused with a sigh and rubbed his forehead. He was being a dick to Ino and that wasn't cool, yo]
I apologize, I shouldn't have snapped at you.
Re: action; BACKDATED A LOT
No, you shouldn't have. [After a moment, she sighs. A ghost of a smile on her lips.]
But I'll forgive you.
I can't really blame you. Without Professor Solus here, this place is going to fall apart. I'm doing my best to keep up but I'm not as qualified as he had been. Plus, I have my own work to do.
But the best case scenario I want to believe in, is that he just went back.
[He might talk weird and he kind of annoyed her with the way he couldn't just stop MOVING but he was a genius and he helped a lot of people. She respected that.]
Keep trying to contact him, just in case though. [Her eyes drift to the large stack of papers too.]
And would you mind doing half of these? I'll do the other. [She'll just take a seat next to him too. There's a bit of silence as she works but then she pipes up;]
Were you close to him?
Re: action; BACKDATED A LOT
Not terribly close, we weren't even that friendly towards each other. We've worked together a number of times in the past, Mordin was part of a team I was leading on a few missions. He rarely cooperated and almost always found something petty to argue about, but he's trustworthy and always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. I don't make a habit of losing track of my men, and I don't plan on starting now.
Re: action; BACKDATED A LOT
[Someone who was on Omega too, actually.]
Though his babble isn't nearly as bad as Professor Mordin's. [Even at the end, after months of working for and around him, Ino still didn't get 70% of what he was saying but found ways to work around it.]
If you weren't that close, how did you wind up working here? There's a lot of other jobs around. I thought it was because you two might be friends.
Re: action; BACKDATED A LOT
Frankly, it's because Mordin is one of the only people here I know I can trust. That, and he's doing good work here. I'd much rather support him than get involved with any of the mercenaries.
Re: action; BACKDATED A LOT
A lot of people are though, I think. [And outside what work she has here, she's always helping Liara with what information she can gather too. It's different from what she's used to but Ino likes the challenge it presents.]
I've seen them with the mercenaries, anyway. I wish most of them would just come here though. What the heck are they doing that's helpful? Those gangs are bad news.
