[ yo what's up, Omega. York is in a shiny brand-new suit of armor, bought right in Omega, rather than her usual clunky old Freelancer armor. It's a hell of a lot sleeker than what she used to wear, that's for sure, and she looks pretty damned pleased about it.

But not just about the armor. York's grinning for an entirely new reason today. ]

Everybody settling in all right? Good, 'cause I've got some good news for the thirsty crowd. I just got myself a new job at a bar here in Zeta District, servin' drinks. And this weekend we've got an extended happy hour special goin' on, so if you're looking for a drink, then I highly suggest hauling your ass over to The Quad. I might even slip you a free drink for the trouble.

[ She actually winks, grinning and showing teeth. She tosses her hair out of her face with a quick shake of her head. ]

'Course, if you're more interested in the home security market, I'm still available for installs and upgrades. But I figured it was time to move on up in the job market. Besides, I mix one hell of a Dirty Shirley.

[ The compliment's unexpected, but York's grin just widens. ]

Hey, thanks. And what, you've never had a mojito? All right, now you've definitely gotta swing by.

[hey, she can appreciate any form, whether it's male or female. and it just so happens that york is a very attractive woman.

she grins right back, though. she's finding that it's very .. simple for her to interact with the other, whereas normally it would have been awkward, at best.] Never had one .. but then again, usually, if I'm having a drink, it's one that I've made myself. Or something Zoe's put together and tastes more like sugar-water than anything.

[she pauses, and hums thoughtfully.] What hours are you working? I'll stop in the next chance I get.

My shift starts in a few hours. I'll be there all night.

[ She grins, and she's finding that Benji's pretty easy to talk to, too. Yeah, they could definitely get along. ]

I'll have a mojito waiting for you. See you later, yeah?

[techburst]

[she can only nod with a small smile.] I'll be there. Maybe I can even make sure you don't get harassed too much.

[pause, and she quirks a brow.] Not gonna mind if I bring the sword, are you?

[ York laughs a little, grinning right back at her. ]

Well, you wouldn't be any more heavily armed than the staff, I'll tell you that much. Don't worry about it.

[techburst]

In a krogan bar? You have a point .. I'll see about bringing it, then. Might look out of place if I'm not wearing armor.
